What's good everyone! Glad to see you back, and as always I got an ill episode for yall.
This week my guest is Equipto. Equipto is Rapper born and raised in San Francisco. The Man has been doing his thing since the early 90's in various projects including music with his crew, Bored Stiff. This was an ill experience because my friends and I grew up listening to his music and have been fans for long while now. Equipto and Bored Stiff was and still is music that my crew and I bump on the regular.

Hello World, thanks tuning in. My guest this week is Ismael Ontiveros Jr. Listen to Ismael share the story of the fall and rebirth of The Flyers Youth Baseball Program. Ismael grew up in The Airport neighborhood of Modesto Ca. This area of town is known for drugs, poverty, and crime, all factors he faced when deciding to restart the fallen program. His goal was to give the kids in the community the same opportunities he had growing up.

Ismael also wrote a book about The Flyers journey. I strongly suggest you pick that up(info on the show). This is some truly inspirational stuff guys.

This week my guest is Dellanora. She has lived a tough life dealing with homelessness and a crack cocaine addiction. During all her ups and downs she has earned income by singing in public and seeking donations. She has been singing on the streets of Modesto for quite a while now. Tune in and hear her stories of living on the streets, being harassed by the police, and what it takes to survive being broke and homeless.
